Our dining area seats up to 8 people in causal comfort.

We provide all plates, glassware, cutlery, napkins, and more, to enjoy beautiful meals with your guests. .

The living room can seat up to 6 people comfortably, and offers a more informal area for guests to enjoy. With a large flat screen TV, unique antiques and a gas fireplace, this area inspires great conversations.

The Gallery offers a full Kitchen with both stove and oven, microwave, full size fridge, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, tea kettle, and more.

Coffee and a selection of Teas are complimentary.

The Gallery also offers a second level where more amazing artwork is displayed.

There are two bathrooms (one on the main level and one upstairs), an outside deck off the kitchen, and ample & free street parking close by.

A 100% Autonomous, Private Rental venue.

No one outside of you and your guests will be inside the event venue during your rental period.

No other renters, or ourselves, will be present.. As we are an actual Art Gallery, and do not own the art on our walls, please note that video security is in place in all rooms. For your privacy, there is no audio recording.

You will not the share space with anyone else, so you need not worry about random people coming in, or asking to use the restroom, as long as you keep the front door locked during your event.

The gallery does not allow pets, however animals may have lived here previously. Please note this, If you or one of your guests have severe pet allergies.
